FOSS ALPHATEC FN

Alphatec™ FNº gives grain receivers and flour millers a safe and modern way to perform the standard test for alpha-amylase and enzyme activity in grain and flour. Based on extensive FOSS experience with automation of laboratory analysis, the Alphatec™ FNº analyser includes features such as a cooling lid that minimises a rush of steam when loading samples, helping avoid potential injury. In addition, an insulated sample bath avoids hot surfaces and reduces risk of indadvertent burns. An overflow direct into waste also stops hot water spillage.
